1. OVERVIEW These Terms of Service govern your use of restpulp.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or purchasing from RestPulp, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

  • All products sold on RestPulp are 100% genuine and accurately described
  • Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight color variations may occur due to screen settings
  • We reserve the right to limit sales of products to any person or region

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated
  • We accept payment via PayPal and other available methods at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or PayPal

4. ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — we reserve the right to cancel any order
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • We ship internationally from our warehouse; delivery times are 7-21 business days depending on your location

5. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's authorities
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed customs, reshipping fees may apply

  • We only accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items within 7 days of delivery
